- Street food vendors from 28 states and union
territories of India will participate in the National Street Food Festival
2023.
- About 120 food stalls would be set up.
- Zone-wise distribution of food- North, South, East, and
West.
- All street food vendors in the fest will have-
FSSAI Registration and Fostac training
- The top 10 food vendors will be awarded.
- Non-fire-based live cooking competitions for
kids.
- Creation of kid zones.
- International panel discussions on issues of street
food vendors worldwide, on street food and vendors, especially women vendors.
- Organizing debates and quiz sessions.
- Depiction of the culture at each food stall with the
help of light music.
- Cultural evening- music bands, folk dance.
- The event will be promoted on social media and news
channels.
