World Tourism Day

To commemorate World Tourism Day, Jharkhand Tourism organized a series of engaging activities promoting the state's rich cultural and natural heritage. The event featured a painting competition, where participants creatively depicted Jharkhand’s scenic beauty, and a photography competition, capturing the essence of the state's landscapes and culture. A quiz competition tested participants' knowledge of Jharkhand’s history, wildlife, and tourism spots. The event also showcased vibrant cultural performances, highlighting the erse traditions and folk arts of the region. In addition, a panel of experts discussed the future of sustainable tourism in Jharkhand, focusing on eco-tourism and green investments.
