Pachmarhi Monsoon Marathon

Since 2018, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board has been organizing an annual event called the "Pachmarhi Monsoon Marathon" in Pachmarhi to promote monsoon tourism. The main objective of this marathon is to introduce the natural beauty of Pachmarhi during the monsoon season to tourists from both India and abroad, and to provide business opportunities to all stakeholders in the tourism sector during the monsoon. This event not only promotes Pachmarhi as a monsoon tourism destination within the state and country but also encourages health tourism (wellness tourism) and the concept of Active Holidays. As a result, more and more people are expected to visit Madhya Pradesh for monsoon tourism. Commonly known as the hill station of Madhya Pradesh, Pachmarhi is a multi-speciality destination where nature's landscapes, archaeological treasures, astonishing cave shelters, and enchanting green meadows converge.
