Haryana actively participates in a number of fairs and festivals that take place all over India. In fact the state of Haryana itself is home to some of the most colorful festivals of India . The Kurukshetra festival in Haryana is one such festival that is celebrated by both Religious and Non Religious people. It was a memorable conversation that took place between Sri Krishna and Arjuna , which was later written down in the holy book of the Hindus, Bhagwat Gita .
