Sri Narasimha Saraswati did penance at this place. It was Known as the second incarnation of Datta Prabhu. This region, known by the name of Saraswati, was declared the capital of Datta Prabhu. in Krishna Ghat Narsobachi Wadi, there is a temple under the Audumbara tree in the center of Krishna's spacious ghat. After establishing the Dattapadukas, Narasimha Saraswati went to Gangapur. Due to his holy stay in this region, every year devotees of dattaprabhu celebrate Narsobachi Yatra in the month of May. Lots of devotees gather and do Japnama of Lord Dattatray. Devotees enjoy Mahaprasdam and morning Aarati.
