Island Tourism Festival
This festival was initially called “Island on the March” and was celebrated during the month of April every year. In the year 1994, the A & N Administration had proposed to rename this festival as “Island Tourism Festival’ and decided to celebrate during the month of January at ITF Ground, VIP Road, Port Blair. ITF is a much awaited festival by Tourists/Islanders, as it provides a glimpse....

Activities :
1, Stalls will be put up by Govt. depart and private entrepreneurs.
2. Flower show, baby shows, Dog shows, Floating restaurant, Hasya Kavi Sammelan and Musical programme by local artists etc.
3. Performance of the cultural troupes from mainland helps the islanders renew their cultural ties with mainland India.
4. Performance also being organized different part of the Islands in North & Middle Andaman as well as in Nicobar groups of Islands apart from South Andaman.
