Incredible India Kargil Marathon (half marathon) 21 kms, 10 kms and 5 kms will be held on 24th July, 2022 morning. This is first ever half Marathon being organised by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India ( North ) in close collaboration of Ladakh Tourism, Local Travel Trade Stakeholders and Kargil Dist Administration. There is no participation Entry fee but need advance registration https//bit.ly//IIKHM1 Winners of both group ( male & female ) will receive Cash award along with Certificate and medal. There would be post tour (pre booked) in an around Kargil on payment basis. The participants/runners will be given discounted rate for hotel accommodation (mandatory for all participants in advance). and also pre-arranged vehicles from Srinagar OR Ladakh on direct payment basis. Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India ( North ) will coordinate with transport operators for necessary rate and pick up schedules. All the participants need to intimate the arrival date and time well in advance so that pick up information is kept with the transport operators. The participants should reach latest by 22nd July, 2022 for acclimatization at Kargil.

Activities
The Incredible India Kargil Marathon ( Half 21 kms) will be held on 24th July 2022 at Kargil. The Marathon will start from Khree Sultan Choo Stadium, Kargil enroute - Baroo-Titickumik, ( 2.5 kms) - Rangmo - Spang ( 5 kms)-Chutuk Heights Hotel - Minijee Ground (7.5 kms)- Goma Minijee T Point ( 10.5 kms) AND return.
The badges, t-Shirts and goody bags will be distributed on 22 and 23 July from Khree Sultan Choo Stadium (Run will start from there). All participants may share their arrival details.
Accommodation is available in the range from Rs.1800/- * for double bedded rooms with breakfast. There few private hotels already offering discounted rates are : Hotel Brownhills 08082710089 2. On producing the registration badge and air tickets (arrival detials) hoteliers will offer special rate.
