Hul Diwas
Hul Diwas celebrated in
Jharkhand People across the state remembered the martyr Sido Kanhu. Before the
Sepoy Mutiny of 1857, on 30 June 1855, there was a Santhal Hul under the
leadership of Sido Kanhu against the British rule and exploitation. In which
thousands of heroes were martyred.
