GANESH UTSAV

Every year on the day of Anant Chaturdashi, the district administration and local people organize the Ganesh Mahotsav. This event is held on a grand scale, showcasing the culture, heritage, art, dance, and more of the region. The Ganesh Festival, celebrated with great enthusiasm, also serves as a platform for the community to come together, preserving and promoting their traditional values. Various cultural programs, artistic performances, and exhibitions are organized, reflecting the rich and erse heritage of the region. During this event, on the day of Anant Chaturdashi, the immersion of Ganesh idols is carried out, and various programs are organized at different locations. Dance and music competitions are held, and some Ganesh immersion processions and moving tableaux also participate. Prizes are also distributed in the competitions of this event.
