Forsyth Trekking Trail allows the participants to experience the diverse species of wildlife through trekking in Forsyth Trail in Pachmarhi. Forsyth trail is the expedition Captain James Forsyth headed 150 years ago which led him to a discovery of plateaus where today sits the town of Pachmarhi. This is highest point of Madhya Pradesh. The duration of the Forsyth trekking trail will be 4 days 3 nights and include deep excursion into the unexplored rainforest forests of Madhya Pradesh . As one embark on the Pachmarhi trekking , it allows opportunity to explore the hidden beaches and waterfalls of Satpura Ranges through Forsyth trail.

Activities
Day 1: Arrive at Gypsy Camps
Meal: High Tea + Dinner
Stay: Stay at camps on a sharing basis
- Reach
the Moustache Gypsy Camps.
- Check-in
to the camps allotted to you and enjoy the high tea with a beautiful
sunset.
- After
tea, a briefing will be provided to the participants for the DOs and
DON’Ts of the trek.
- Enjoy a
bonfire under glittering stars with delicious food and retire for the
night.
Day 2: Gypsy Camps to Dehliya (Trek Day)
Meal: - Breakfast
+ Lunch + Dinner
Stay: - Stay
at camps on a sharing basis
Drive: - 10

Trek: - 17

- Wake up
early in the morning, have breakfast, and pack your bags to Explore the
Unexplored.
- By 7:30
AM we will leave the campsite in a vehicle to Pachmarhi, which is a 10km
drive.
- After
reaching Pachmarhi Naka, we will immediately start our trek towards
Dehliya.
- You
will be walking in the core forest area so keep your eyes and ears open as
the forest is full of wildlife. Who knows you might spot a tiger on the
trail?
- Heed to
the instructions from your naturalists as he will be showing you the
diverse fauna of the region.
- Delicious
lunch will be provided at Kanjighat on the bank of the river.
- Reach
Dehliya by evening and indulge yourself in various activities organized by
the trek leader.
- After
sunset, enjoy stargazing through a power-telescope and get thrilled by the
stories of Cosmos.
- Have
dinner and retire for the night in your camps.
Day 3: Dehliya to Gypsy Camps
Meal: - Breakfast
- Lunch - Dinner
Trek: - 13kms
Drive: - 15
km
- Wake up
early to see the moist in the air and enjoy your riverside breakfast.
- Pack
your bags and let's walk in the footsteps of Capt. James Forsyth to
explore some hidden beaches and waterfalls of Denua River.
- Have
lunch at Jhela on of the beach and head back to Dehliya campsite.
- After
reaching the campsite hop on to the gypsy for the off-road drive of
approx. 15kms.
- Reach
the road and drive back to the Moustache Gypsy Camps.
