Ameen Peer Dargha Urusu – 2024 at Kadapa The culmination of the ‘Julus’ is the last major ceremony in the URs of one of the most powerful saints of the Asthana. He spent 63 years of his life meditating in the jungles. He obtained great power, and even to this day, there is none to equal his time spent in Chilla (meditation). The reason for conducting the Urs every year is to make people aware of the Saint; to showcase the Life of the Sufis and their contribution to the society. The various activities, during the Urs, people to mingle and talk to one another about the Sufis, Narrate their experiences and stories from the lives of the Saint. The energy in the atmosphere brings out the goodness in people. They go back home happier and wiser. For some it is a new experience and for many it is a refresher course for better living. The life stories of Sufi saints are the best examples of how people can be : Happy without being Selfish, Richer and Contended by Sharing, Living in Harmony despite following Diverse Faiths. It is also a time where there is No Divide between Rich and Poor and a small reminder to all; Everyone will be on a common Ground on Judgement Day and the only things that will count are one’s deeds during his/her life on earth. The Ameen Peer Dargah is one-of-its-kind Dargah, wherein Rest many Saints; each one blessing the Seeker in His own unique way. Every one visiting the Dargah, gets blessed in one way or the other, the reason why this Sandal is so widely popular. It is a period for: Meeting One Another, Celebrating Together, Understanding the Spirit of Sufism, Praying and ultimately Receive the Blessings. Food is served to everybody in the Langar on all days of the Sandal and arrangements are made for the Stay and Hygiene of the Piligrims/ Mureeds. Medical arrangements are made for the welfare of the poor visiting the Dargah. Diagnosis and medicines are provided free of cost for all. The Sajjada Nasheen prays that each one gets the Fulfilment of his/her Rightful Heartfelt Desires.
