Maharaja Surajmal smriti samaroh is celebrated in the memory of great Hindu ruler and founder of Deeg and Bharatpur in medieval history. Many activities are organised during these two days event, including commemoration and floral tribute to Maharaja Surajmal. Cultural competitions such as Rangoli making, mehandi making, painting are organised during day at Museum premises.
