The aim and objective is to create an annual event which brings Patnitop and its surroundings tourist destinations into the national foray where music and tourist go hand in hand. The visiting Tourist can enjoy enthralling performances by Roohi, Juhi, Sonali Dogra, Shubam Shiva, Kabul Bukhari, Waqar Khan etc. The festival is a great opportunity to experience the warm hospitality of J&K nad the beauty of the hill station when it is at its cultural and traditional best.
