The festival has been traditionally held at Karwar and at Panambur Beach in Mangalore. There are plans to take the festival to other beaches like the Kudle beach. The festival showcases the best of the culture and various other aspects of the region. The festival is spread over 10 days and provides local talent with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in various sports and cultural activities.
