Chalukya Utsava

Chalukya Utsava festival is an annual cultural and heritage festival held in the historic cities of Badami and Aihole in North Karnataka. It is a confluence of art, dance, music, and drama. Chalukya Utsava is celebrated as a two or three days event usually in early February. The festival shines the spotlight on the grandeur of the Chalukyan heritage and also gives a boost to tourism in the region. The festival provides an opportunity for visitors to experience the vibrant culture of the region, apart from the visual treat that the ancient temples of the region provide.
