October 10th: Arrival and Orientation
• Noon Arrival at Kawardha Depot: Kick off your butterfly adventure by arriving at the Kawardha Depot by noon. Once there, complete the registration process and prepare for an exciting journey ahead.
• Orientation Session: After registration, you’ll participate in an engaging briefing where you’ll learn about the thrilling events planned for the Butterfly Meet. This will set the stage for your deep e into the world of butterflies.
• Room Assignments: Post-orientation, you’ll be assigned to your accommodations, which will serve as your base for the entire event, marking the start of your transformation into a passionate butterfly enthusiast.
October 11th: Exploration and Discovery
• Morning Butterfly Walks: Get ready for an exhilarating day! Early morning you’ll embark on a guided butterfly walks along specially designated routes within the sanctuary Followed by another walk in the evening. These paths showcase the vibrant beauty of Bhoramdev, offering an up-close view of various butterfly species in their natural habitat.
• Nature’s Artistry: Every step along the trail will reveal a tapestry of colours and patterns, as butterflies flit around in a stunning display of nature’s artistry. It’s a perfect opportunity for photographers to capture breathtaking shots at every turn.
• Return to Base Camp: After your walk, return to base camp filled with vivid memories and stunning photographs of the butterflies you’ve encountered.
October 12th: Farewell & Departure
• Farewell and Departure: Before you depart, share your experiences and sightings with fellow participants. Reflect on the wonder and magic of Bhoramdev’s butterflies, leaving with a heart full of inspiration and a deeper connection to nature.
